Check out the differences between a regular cap and RINGTREAD. Look up RINGTREAD online. RINGTREAD is a 1 piece cap that is streched over the tire. These are new caps, never used, I can install. The only caps I use for my OTR trucking company, but have extras. P295/75R22.5 NO FET or SALES TAX RINGTREAD allows for perfectly balanced retreaded tires.
